Spartan Surfaces seeks a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Quality Assurance to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by efficiently managing orders and serving as the primary point of contact between customers, sales representatives, warehouse personnel, and product specialists.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems and software.
  • Act as the primary liaison between customers and various internal departments, including sales, warehouse, and product specialists.
  • Provide prompt and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters as needed to ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to schedule shipments, track order status, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to provide product information, pricing details, and order updates to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details in our database.
  • Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, processing returns, and coordinating product exchanges.
  • Continuously strive to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the customer service team.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service, order processing, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also capable of working independently.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and processes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in the flooring or construction industry is a plus but not required.
