Women of Spartan 2021

Ten years ago Spartan Surfaces looked very different. We covered a small footprint in the Mid-Atlantic with ~12 employees and two females. In honor of #WomensHistoryMonth and #InternationalWomensDay we decided to take a real time look at our gender divide 🚹🚺. It was a learning experience to call out departments and see where our women are shining 🌟 and where we have some work to do 💪. We’re proud of how far we’ve come, and we can’t wait to see how far we’ll go 👊.
